Gautam QuantTerminal is operated by Gautam Singh. Contact: gautamk1512@gmail.com. These terms cover access to this research website and its tools. Use is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Research and trading decisions
Charts, model outputs, calculated levels and backtests are research information. They are not a promise of returns or personalised investment advice. No SEBI registration or RBI authorisation is represented by the presence of an AI model, a signal or a broker logo. Obtain qualified advice where needed and make your own decisions.
Data and service limits
Quotes can be delayed, interrupted or venue-specific. Spot, futures, indices and perpetuals are separate instruments. Check source, exchange time, expiry, currency and corporate actions before comparing prices. A reference level does not guarantee that a trade will fill or that price will reverse.
Accounts and notifications
Provide contacts you own, protect your login and do not submit another person’s details. Signal applications require administrator approval. WhatsApp pairing, provider availability and a valid new setup are required for delivery. You can stop a subscription from its private management page or request help by email.
Fees and permitted use
Creating an account does not authorise a payment. The website currently has no connected subscription checkout. Separate broker or market-data providers may charge their own fees. Do not redistribute restricted exchange data, misuse other accounts, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful transactions.
Changes, complaints and legal rights
Material product or policy changes will be reflected in the website notices. Access may be suspended for misuse or provider restrictions. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded by these terms. For a complaint or account query use the grievance page. No limitation here overrides rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
